Apart from the 2 hero classes tied to a specific race, the only class an Earthen can’t be is druid. I have yet to find an Earthen mage, priest, paladin… in game. They only class they seem to be is Shammy and Warrior. And how exactly are they gonna become undead for DK? They would be more likely to be druid than most of the classes, yet they’re not included because it would be too much work for the devs.
they won’t be able to be DK’s, they are rocks, makes sense.

Back in your day we had DKs running about with “dk” in their names… the absolute pinnacle of player creativity!

Prior to deathknight, you’d see people with DK in their name because they were from Denmark. The same with seeing people running around with SWE in their name. Now when you see dknamedk, you know it’s a Danish Deathknight who can’t think creatively 
All they need for that is to have a soul. Who raises them as Deathknights gonna be an issue though. MAYBE Bolvar is still capable of that but I doubt it (he wasnt good with it to begin with. He was horrible in comparison to Ner’zhul yet alone Arthas). Other than Bolvar that could be able to achieve this maybe would be the Deathlord but that would mean every player earthen dk got raised by another player in the lore which I don’t see happening which is just going to be a massive no. And I don’t think we gonna ask someone from Maldraxxus like the Primus to play DK Spawn machine for us.
No Druidism can be explained because they are creations of the arcane (Titans). This also allows them to be mages rather easily.
Priest and Paladin however is gonna be tricky unless the Titans told them light is okay. The priests wouldnt be wielders of the Void (shadow) though just like every forsaken priest is regarded a shadowpriest due to wielding light causing them to be in massive pain although it heals them.

Sounds like it may well be a too much work type of issue like you said. They’d have to create all new art for the different forms.
