The Orgrimmar -> Dazal’alor portal teleports me to the docks instead of the portal room

This is happening on this char that is posting this now. Several NPCs are also missing from within Dazar’alor building (The Great Seal).

The emissary at the Seal advises players that the Queen has gone down to the steps of Zanchul, but I’ve already finished all the BfA quests on this character anyway.

Looking at the throne, the queen is there though so not sure where she has gone down to.

It started after the last extended maintenance last Tuesday. Any ideas why?

could be because of the flying changes?
just guessing. It happens on all characters.
hopefully it’s a bug and not a “feature”, because having to fly up to the portal room sucks.
