You choose to wait. You can go right into normal next week and clear the wholething.
Just because you choose to avoid any and all group content, doesn’t mean anyone is excluding you.

As for the puzzles, ran into another one yesterday with no tutorial, the one with the crossing lines. Thankfully I found an explanation online so was able to do it. Took a few minutes, quite a tricky puzzle but fun.
I wish they wouldn’t assume people had played the puzzles in Nazjatar or Candy Crush. How hard would it be to add a couple of more tutorials?

Just go play Final Fantasy 14 if you want everything to be faceroll queueable content where people are forced to play with you. WoW clearly isn’t designed with your unique playstyle in mind.

Just make sure you do the intro quests in Exiles Hollow which show you how to do each lock quest.
It is only the one with the shapes that is a problem.
The others can be solved pretty easily.
I think my record on one of the reused puzzles from BFA was like 5-6 seconds
