IMO these 3 quests have the worst user friendliness that I’ve seen along my questing experience, I don’t understand what they were thinking when they added these puzzles into the game. It feels like playing a mobile game not a mmorpg anymore.
Just use 9 Energy and move on to the next WQ.
tbh, there’s only 1 of them that I don’t like/understand (the one where you click a button and it changes buttons in a + shape.).

Spent an hour solving them, had no clue I can skip them. thank you blizzard. how do we skip them?
Upgrade your stupid robot to have more energy and energy regen. Then just use 9 energy.
Yeah, the puzzles suck. The puzzles (and ‘special’ WQs) in every expansion have sucked. I don’t get why they keep making them. It always leads to complaints.
Just get the puzzle helper addon and you finish them in 10 seconds.

There’s an addon that solves it for you, not ideal, and the quests are bloody awful, but get the addon, do quickly, and move on. If not for this addon, my pc would’ve been flying out the window
did it without an addon, I felt like dying on the second quest. had to spill my rage on the forums

Those ones are tougher than the rest.
I was stuck on the coloured runes one. There was no tutorial. Some kind people explained it to me in a different thread. I’d never played Candy Crush or Bejeweled (as I think Blizzard assumed everyone must have).
They have a skip if you get stuck.
Frankly I’d rather do one of these puzzles than a Fill-The-Bar WQ of killing mobs worth 2% (like one in Korthia).
I love the puzzles but if you don’t just bash through them with that option.

The ones with the 4 different symbol types are difficult I agree, but I like the one with the line changer and + thingies.
If you get one as WQ, just skip it with Pocopoc, other than that it can be skipped.

I, for one, really enjoy the puzzles. But i enjoy doing puzzles to relax anyway.
Luckily they are easy.
