Doing this with my hunter alt after a long time (Pandaria). The rings that give you the speed buffs do not spawn, or there are just a few of them, to follow the instructor. The instructor gets faster with time and you cant keep up with her. The rings that do spawn are to few and you cant stack your speed buff to keep up with the instructor.
Some weird big cloud rings appear, and I mean big, over the entire screen. I dont remember that happening back in Mists of Pandaria. Those big bugged clouds do not give any speed buffs
I checked wowhead.com too, and people seem to have the same problem. Any advice from Blizzard maybe?
After the pre patch I noticed a lot of older stuff getting really bugged.
