What does this, or your first post, even have to do with the notion of a “Quick fix mentality”?
Reading this thread has left me feeling more confused than usual 
I would like another big MMO from Blizzard.
But i really feel those times are sadly gone.
MMO’s take a lot of time to develop and resources ( granted they have those ). But the gaming industry has changed a lot during the years.
It’s mostly focus on “get rich schemes” with things like lootboxes ,endless dlc ,rehashing the same tired idea as well as transitioning to the mobile market ( terrible ).
I seriously doubt Blizzard will do another game even resembling something as ambitious as WoW was.It’s just not worth the risk when they can just draw some new cards in Hearthstone and call it a new expansion.
Sad times.
