If you have the audacity to post this, then how about you sponsor the event with a few of your billions? Ahh no much better to make profit of people who advertise your game for free…

Who cares about the race, really?

More meaningless promotion to an extremely small portion of the player base.

I don’t want that.

I wonder how many of the contenders cheated with the rep exploit.

3 days wasn’t enough. Blizz should have stopped them taking part at all this time.

World firsts and other esport events should be deglorified and the attention redirected to the other 99% of the playerbase, who’s support is what keeps this whole thing afloat.

Hi Blizzard, will there be any schedule of various podcasts and summary news from the race?
I would like to not miss anything important.

You should watch some League of Legends events and look at the numbers they get on their tournaments.

Do you know why they have success? Because unlike Blizzard, Riot spends money in advertising and sponsoring.

Other eSports titles are actually more interesting to watch than what WoW considers and esport in its game.

The money means nothing if the game it’s promoting doesn’t have the same amount of reach.

Edit: removed an extra word.

I mean, its not like they do it out of the good of their heart. They do it because they profit from it. Blizzard would do the same, if they had the audience for it, but people just dont care about WoW esports. I’d rather they invest more in the game for the benefit of all, than throw away money on 1% of the playerbase.

Woohoo!

Cannot wait to see 60 girls and guys locking themselves in cubicles and spamming their keyboards harder than usual to gain 10 dps!

Can we give a microphone to the coach? Would love to hear what he says!

No one cares this time around due to Method, Echo and I imagine other RWF guilds exploiting the renown rank bug to get ahead. I also expect they’ve all been abusing the raid loot bug as well.

“And Echo wins!” Yeah because they cheated!
“And Method wins!” Yeah because they cheated!
“And Liquid wins!” Yeah because they cheated

etc etc etc etc xD

Literally , Who gives a sh*t.

Thanks to these stupid events I have to wait weeks to even complete the 1st raid.

Well i don’t even know the top guilds~ players or anything else right now .

Pve I start watching Nihilum-Ensidia- Paragon and Method early years . Really enjoyed the race back then (perhaps was something fresh and new ) .

PvP …we all know Grim and we grow up with Hydra and Reckfull.

As an MMO and with the current state of Media is like there is nothing new , no new spark both Pve-pvp.

The so many difficulties has killed the thrill-enjoy of watching a World 1st .

time to manipulate the auction house !

get your inner goblin ready !

WTS storm dust 1000g each

And its going to exclude thoes who have been exploiting the lack of loot lockout on warband items as they have been banned right? - or are blizzard going to give them another slap of the wrist because of the precious race to world first?
