Is it just me or does the loot system in raiding feel extremely unrewarding. Killing a boss having the loot you want dropped just to roll a dice for it against 10 other people. I have now gone two raids without getting anything, which I would not have a problem with if it felt somewhat fair. Why should out of 4 dropped items one person be able to get half of them in a raid of 14 people? How is that a fair system? Maybe it is because I do pugs but there are a lot of people that do. Is not a system like there was in shadowlands a lot more rewarding for all parts, having the drops work more like in m+.
Maybe I’m just salty I’ve had bad luck recently but i still believe there is a flaw in this system. Because how is it even a thing that in a raid of 14 with one hunter there can drop 2 bows, like why is that even a possibility. If you’re gonna force me to roll and lose for my loot at least let me see others get what they want and not just waste loot for nothing.
When I joined a raid pug, one of the tanks changed loot spec to DPS and took the Sword I would have won otherwise. Then he tried to sell it in chat. Everyone needs on everything and then tries to sell it. Raiding is garbage.
50+ boss kills here(Normal+HC), and got 2 loot that i currently dont use since i was forced to farm 150 M+ and got better loot from there.
With an average of 1.7 loot per 10 kills (there is math about it somewhere) i would get 8-9 items. im pretty sure i would have something usefull from these loots. i should NOT be forced to run 150 M+ in 2 weeks just to keep up with everyone else.
Also in some groups you have like 10+ people needing on the same item which makes it
impossible to get loot.
Imagine in Classic wow with Soft-reserve i was gearing up faster that this. Most of the time you had 3-4 people rolling on same loot not 10+
