The removal of some emotes

Naz’jatar literally needed to be 3 times bigger to work lol. It was insanely cramped.

But the music has its moments…

Anyway we’re way off topic now lol. Stopping here.

It seems that people are very sensitive today. God/s forbid that people are offended by a tiny fart.

Getting offended by the removal of the spit emote is weirder to me.

I mean… It’s discriminatory towards Vrykul!

I reflect, and I think I’m awesome, and have a great sense of humor. I don’t cry at little things such as emotes. :tipping_hand_man:

I’ve endured over 100 surgeries, and a lot of bullying throughout my school years, and hurt. I had a hockey stick to the forehead from a bully (he’s not in jail lolol, karma). But I don’t let something like a silly little emote make me cry or annoy me. I mean it’s a frigging game, it’s a bit of fun. It winds me up how certain people want to ruin that because they’re easily offended.

People are too soft these days, its a pathetic time.

The /fart on someone is no big loss becuse thats not how you fart properly.
As a kid i was a master of sneaky farts. Best places to let one go was in any sort of line of people. The key is to have a great poker face, let one go and watch the chaos unfold.

I’ve started fights between siblings, have husbands being yelled at by their embarrased wives and different types of gagging that makes them look so sick that others leave their spot in line to go back where it starts.

My parents just laughed trying to not look guilty and they used to say that sneaky fart boy stroke again.

Anyway, removing some of the emotes can be silly while im still allowed to use my flag of ownership on any player corpse i’ve slaughtered.

The very sad reality…

It’s the same old story, over and over again.

“It’s a bit of fun”. Yes, at someone elses expense. The very same mentality a bully has from their perspective.

“I spit at you because I thought it’s a bit of fun”
“I pranked you with a cake to your face because I thought it’s a bit of fun”
“I smacked that hockey stick at your forehead because I thought it’s a bit of fun

You say you aren’t offended by such things, we get it. Because in some way, you turned out the same way like the bully that bullied you back then

The concept of “only make jokes of someone when you know they can take them” isn’t that hard to grasp.

People come to play WoW, not to be bullied via emotes and chat. That’s what most people already face in their youth at school.

Sing it from the roof tops.

How can you even compare? IT’S, A, GAME. And they’re EMOTES, HARMLESS EMOTES. If people cry and get really upset about emotes then they really need to reevaluate their lives.

Isn’t it ironic you get so frustrated yourself about the opinions of those disagreeing with you? Those are also just “words, harmless words”… It’s almost like, I don’t know, like that those words convey a social message you don’t like? Like the same way those words convey a message within their emote context?

I could also say “if peoples opinions frustrate you so much, you really need to reevaluate your life”

These weren’t changed recently. This all happened in 2021.

It’s like the Internet Explorer jokes all over again.

Oh ok. So, here’s a plan. Instead of doing quests that involve killing innocent animals that want to be left alone, innocent families and such. Remove all weapons, I find knifes are a bad influence and influence harm and violence irl.

Get rid of the rude gesture as well, I find it very rude, and it’s not needed! I don’t like being waved to without consent, ban /wave emote as well. Also laughing, I don’t appreciate being laughed at, as it makes me very upset.

Get rid of all meat in the game, as a vegan, it offends me sending me on quests to collect meat.

Delete the issues with Horde and Alliance, and make them all get along, stand in a circle, and sing a song.

Warcraft name offends me, as it reminds me of the war.

We need a they/them title. I hate when people identify me as the wrong pronoun! And I find it VERY insulting!

Why are there no disabled classes that require a wheelchair. I feel you aren’t representing people like that, and it’s upsetting.

Also let us able to have a little space between each person, so we’re unable to clash or walk near each other. As I prefer to be alone, and when others hang around me I get all anxious and feel bad. Like a 1 meter force field.

I mean I can go on.

Earth calling Heramaar - come in Heramaar?
Can you recall what we’re talking about again?
If you receive, the spitting is in a virtual video game world. No physical contact is made.

Of course nobody is accepting criminal behaviour “as just a joke”; we’re playing video games here.

So what you’re telling me is I might lose my head if someone does a /spit on me and then do a /lick on me, as an example?

Hmm. Interesting. I am indeed more sensitive than I thought.

That’s a DK mate.
