Yeah you can make a ticket but it has to be for ongoing harassment only sadly, it can’t be a one off insult. Which is why many harassers get away with it. They strike once and move on to the next victim.

Absolutely. It’s a proof you can send to the lazy GM’s boss, post on twitter or reddit, etc. Relying on GM’s good will or work ethic is never a good idea.

Park a bankalt in the garrison and then namechange.
Call Blizzard instead of making tickets. If they aren’t helping, say “may I speak to your boss please”.
They won’t take it as proof as it can be doctored/photoshopped therefore they rely on being able to see what actually happened in their logs.
You won’t be able to phone - there was a phone callback option for some categories but that’s had to be suspended because of Covid & working from home.
Good luck with getting it fixed. People can be very annoying/disruptive.

If undercutting in the AH is feeding him, I’m guilty.
Just install one of those addons that send all incoming whispers into the trash. If you are playing the AH there are no whispers of interest to receive.
Ignore the problem so it might go away. Brilliant idea. Instead of punishing someone who is breaking TOS, we should just ignore it…
Ignore funcion should block whole ignored.person’s account. For real.

Usually the best course of action regarding mentally ill people is ignoring them, yes. But of course, if he wants retribution, that’s another thing.
Just from a few sentences people started assuming that a player is mentally ill. Beautiful. Even if he is nothing warrant his behaviour. As it is evident that he will persist, and Blizzard will do nothing (firing 1200 customer support personal certainly did not help their reaction time) players should take action into their hands.
Mass report his bum. That will silence him for good.

If it actively helps him remove competition on AH? Sure. If he is even selling gold for real money? Even more sure.
