so, i hade 1940/2500 renown 10 yesterday before reset and after i completed lady liadrin weekly quest i still have renown 10 but 490 /2500 rep now even tho’ i had 1k reputation reward with all the factions.
i already openned a ticket! hope to get it fixxed soon
I am also stuck at 10. Did the new quest in Voidstorm today and went from 10 to 10.

You can not pass renown 11 with Silvermoon Court either
It looks like the underlying issue got fixed:
Renown and Reputation
- Fixed a bug that prevented players from earning Renown above rank 11.
But my Renown was not set to what it is supposed to be so i guess it will be a tough luck situation.
