anyone else having issues with seeing the npc that starts the quest?
There are no issues with this, you just need to start the quest line in the correct way (How To Become Forsworn - first quest). Click the link that I included and scroll down to the comments where you’ll see the quest line. I’ve done it and it’s nothing complicated. Have fun!
