Characters with issues: 85 lvl Paladin with Blacksmithing (525/525) and 85 lvl Mage with Tailoring (525/525)
Yesterday I encountered a bug while learning prints for my blacksmithing craft. Some of the purchased prints were learned without any problems, but 16 of them cannot be learned, as when trying to learn them, the error “that spell is not available to you” appears. I tried disabling all addons and buying these plans from different vendors, but it did not lead to success. Here is a list of prints that are not learned:

After that, I encountered the same problem on my mage while learning patterns for Tailoring. Some of the patterns were learned without any problems, but 6 of them gave the same error as my paladin “that spell is not available to you”. Here is a list of plans that are not studied for my mage:
