As the topic says. The 15th Anniversary buff just disappears. This is ruining the game. Can we get a fix?

True, but it’s very frustrating when you’re trying to level a character, to lose the 15% buff. So it ruins the experience for that character.
Why did you not just contribute to the already extant thread on the EXACT SAME SUBJECT, literally the very next thread.
Are you that superspeshul that you needed your own individual thread?

Just as a heads up, if you ever lose your Anniversary Buff, make a ticket to our support team who will be more than happy to help.

Strange, because yesterday i did all possible buffs on pilgrim table, all chairs with all buffs to get an achievment and my anniversary buff is still there.

Mine didn’t vanish either after doing it. I wonder if it’s a random thing.
But the problem is, I did that. Then around 28 hours later, my ticket was responded to. But now the issue has happened again and the ticket queue is almost 60 hours. So now this character is without the buff for l almost all of the remaining Pilgrim’s Bounty time.
What is actually being done to resolve this? Nothing?
