so I just had a look at the latest beta build (36206), and it appears as tho almost all Retribution Legendaries are being nerfed, while almost all other specs are getting buffs, even Sub Rogues, BM-hunters, Arcane Mages and Disc Priest, who are performing at the highest already.
So what are you all rerolling to and why is it Sub Rogue?
I would say realisticaly only one was nerfed. The most funny legendary to play with, sadly. However, tuning is not final, its just one of many builds. Its pretty obvious class balance is all over the place now. Try to take it from the positive point of view the best specs in betabuilds, werent historicaly very succesfull after realease and when they were like ret in wotlk, arcane pandaria,feral cataclysm, vengeance bfa, shadowpriest legion or arms bfa they were nerfed to the ground few weeks or mouths later. Especialy my expyrience with ret, the spec was realy busted two times in 3.0 and 7.1 (with crusade traits), we stayed overpowered ones for 2 mouths and then for 3 weeks, recovering was no bueno :D. Current subtlety rogue is overpowered in the same way how it was in Tomb of Sargeras, this spec was pretty much dead in pve for almost one and half expansion becouse of it, so i wouldnt be too positive. Of course the sub can be the best melee of 8.0, but not that overpower as its on Beta now.
Ret is fine
