We had the same issue so I decided, how bad can it be to tank. Did Grim Batol, immediately went back to Ret after we finished it, and didn’t care if it took an hour to fill a group. Would rather uninstall the game than have to tank again.

Yeah I guess the game is not for me anymore, got 2 kids now honestly haven’t gone time for this crap anymore lol rather do anything else than sit on lfg wasting time. Been playing WoW off and on since vanilla and this is going to be another time when I give up the game for years and find something that’s not such a waste of time.

Fake news, I did all of them with avg 580 ilvl groups, and I started off as a 570 ilvl tank. Also, all pugs, no voice.

You also forgot to mention 2 other sources for gear. Normal and Heroic raids. Of course a lot of groups exist solely for Valor stone farm in combination with targeting specific pieces like trinkets.
They are not. Groups/People wipe if they fail the mechanics (and they should in such a case)
If you did then why are you surprised? This has been a thing since vanilla. And I see a plethora of groups not demanding 595+. Atm there is 1 595+ grp up. Zero 600+. A couple 590s at best.
Damn dude Echo players had hard time on some bosses. You are better than Echo or Liquid players doing this without vc and on low ilvl. Maybe start your journey as streamer.
So? I also got a family and work in the medical field(with 2-3x night shifts per week). Still I am planning to both raid and run m+s.

The last boss of this spider dungeon was hard, and we basically killed it with me and a ret paladin alive for the last 20%, but otherwise there wasn’t a boss, where I struggled that much personally. Now I had some wipes, but those were usually just the group not doing any mechanics, so I needed to explain them. That happened for example in the 2nd boss of city of Threads doing the freeze mechanic

you dont need any gs in delvs even with 597 i got one shot with 5,2 mill hp and the mini boss overkilled me with 1,7 mill so a single aoe deals 6,9 mill dmg you cant heal , dodge , or tank that amount of dmg by a single aoe thats can`t kick its a insta wipe , and actually that hotfix goes viral on pc gamer , microsoft , buffed , wowhead , they release bulls…t and not even more only shi…!
they really should go away from there drugs and alcohol and test there stuff , they are working not always partytime in the blizz-drug house

The only way out of this : Make friends and/or tank yourself. Simple.
The same thing you would do in TBC once you got tired of waiting for a tank…
