The Stealth Walking Animation is Different on Anthropic Dracthyr vs. Blood Elf

I came across an August post about an issue introduced in Patch 10.2.5: since then, male Void and Blood Elves have had their stealth walking animation desynchronized with their movement speed, making them look like they’re skating.

I was surprised, as I play a Dracthyr mostly in anthropic form, and the stealth animation there works perfectly. But when I logged back onto my Blood Elf—wow, what on earth? It’s like I’m skating on ice!

I’ve noticed before that the anthropic Dracthyr model actually isn’t the same as the Blood Elf model. For instance, if you double-jump on a Dracthyr with a Blood Elf skin, the glide is bugged with a falling animation.

The stealth walking animation is absolutely awful on Blood Elves! How has this not been fixed since August? It’s just crazy to me!
