I’m at my wits end here. I’ve upgraded my PC not once, not twice but 3 times to run this exact game because every modern game works on ultra setting with 120-160fps, but even after the upgrades the game starts to randomly stutter. It gets irritating to the eyes real fast when every 3rd step you take stops the game for a split second.
I’m not uprading anything for this thing anymore, but so far I’ve upgraded:
RAM from 16GiG to 32GiG
CPU from 5 year old version to a very modern one
Bigger and faster SSD where the games sit
I’ve reduced some graphics, hidden all but the vital SFX so the game does not blow up in a group fight, tested every trick found in the internet and even asked a couple of professional IT people for help and done the things they instructed me to, tried almost every GPU trick possible and so forth.
I’m not trying to fix it anymore, I just want to bring awareness that the game does -not- work even on modern, high end PC:s that have been fine-tuned for the very game.
