Demon Hunters, the elves driven by vengeance for the people they loved killed by the legion and inspired by their burning fury to cause havoc to those that scorned them.
But between all the Havoc and behind the thirst for Vengeance, there is a struggle for Control. For the Demon Hunters to wheeled this tremendous power they would have to commit the ultimate sacrifice, fuse their souls with the very thing they despise. As such the Demon Hunters fight every second for the control of their very being with the demon within.
But some have mastered the Control of this Unholy fusion and have become the very image of Demonology not just of the Demon within but the without.
So, what is my idea for this specialization?
While the Demonology Warlock is focused on the demon pets and their enhancement and the Unholy Death Knight the undead pets are an extension of the Knight, in the case of Control Demon Hunter they will be about enhancing the Demon Hunter.
For example, as the Control Demon Hunter fights they can be summing imps that while they will be doing barely any damage once the Demon Hunter uses for example Immolation Aura the imps will be sacrificed to enhance the Immolation Aura. Or like Illidan they can summon 1 maybe 2 Flames of Azzinoth that for example can give additional fel damage to attacks and when the demon hunter does area of effect damage so they will two. But also they can span a second version of themselves called the demon within that mimics their own attacks.
Demons from Illidan’s fight
Shadow Demons: ~40 seconds into the phase, 4 Shadow Demons with ~22k HP spawn at Illidans position. They target random raid members and paralyze (stun) them, then move slowly towards their targets, kill them when they’re there, then target somebody else.
Parasitic Shadowfiend: 30 sec cooldown, random target 10 second debuff, dealing 3k shadow damage per tick, spawning 2 Parasitic Shadowfiends on expiration
