The truth about the Vulpera

They’re Goblins in fur suits. How else do you explain the almost identical class choices?

It’s just a bunch of goblins who kill foxes and wear their skin.

And if that wasn’t enough they even tricked the Pandaren to teach them how to be monks.

Just look at the fat humans, pandas and worgens. They have exactly the same jump animation with their “fingers-claws”. Also zandalari trolls cat form is repainted worgen too.

That’s just ‘Furry’, he had a cunning plan, send him goldz please… the rest of us are the real UwU… pinky promise.

Oh you don’t fool me, I know it’s because people thought Gnomes were cuter so you invested in the “cute department”.

Don’t all Tauren have a fur suit? Their natural one?

HERESY!

On a serious note it’s actually very bad that all allied races are reskins, but the core of any race - animations - are shared. That’s why I don’t care / don’t play / not hyped for new allied races.

I dunno how you can look at vulpera and be like “wow amazing a new race!”, because when playing any group content you’ll adjust your camera distance at which it will be totally indistinguishable from a goblin.

How very dare you, madam!

I liked the idea where some allied races, thought they might be a reskin, have different class options like Troll paladins or Orc priests. The idea of human druids and shamans is also interesting even if the Kul Tirans have a different skeleton.

Duel at dawn :dagger:

You are just jealous because the we are unique not your Xth reskin, Troll just a differtent Tribe, Orc, just a different tribe, Human, just a different nation… like the Worgen or Draenei, Tauren, the Vulpera with ears and tail are unique little adorable snowflakes!

If you mix up vulpera with goblins, Zandalari with darkspear and humans with KT even at a distance I suggest you get your eyes checked.

HMT, LFD, DID, NB, VE, MHO, sure, at a distance, but the above ones? No way on earth.

It’s a valid point. I think the reason many feel this way is because of how the allied races have been marketed/sold to the community. Originally, when people were asking for “subraces” they did only want reskins or playable existing models and probably would have been satisfied with this type of system, but with far more “subraces” than we have allied races, because most are just reskins.

What’s strange is that Blizz decided to go along with the subrace idea to some extent: using existing models/skeletons, reskinning and so on, but then introduce as if they were whole new races. Seems like they wanted their cake and to eat it too.
