The Valiant's Charge quest for dracthyr/evoker unavailable

At the Argent Tournament I can’t see The Valiant’s Charge quest.

Yesterday I finish the quest Up To The Challenge and The Aspirant’s Challenge, but I can’t see any quest to continue the chain.

Maybe dracthyr/evoker can’t take the quest’s continue?

Could be possible for a GM assign next quest’s step?
