Who is the most powerful Vampire Count, Manfred or Kemmler?

Obviously Vlad.
I’m would’ve gone for Vlad, but he’s dead from what I understood, got impaled and entombed in Altdorf.
But No, I think Mannfred, if only because he’s supposed to be very adapt at necromancy and tactics, and a very patient vampire, he seems to me like the worthy succesor of Vlad in leading as Vampire count.
I didn’t really get much awe from Kemmler, who stumbled upon a crypt and made some deal with the chaos gods, and that’s it, basicly?

Vlad was better, and the only way Manfred was able to beat him was stabbing him in the back and causing a sh*tshow… twice.

Yes, but Vlad is dead… and it’s quite showing of how manipulative, ambitious and scheming Mannfred is that he would go and use his enemies for his own gain, and that counts in term of ‘legacy’ as far as that works for the Vampire Counts, and he’s basicly the next best thing, from what I learned, so between the two options from the OP, Mannfred has my vote

True, but he was still killed by a vampire, wich is a good counterargument to “he could cleanse the world from their filth”
So we are just ignoring the fact that he put Kemmler in as an option even though he’s not a Vampire? This is blasphemy.

I got seriously confused there too, but I figured I just missed something, since I’m certainly no expert on Warhammer, least of all the Tomb Kings or the Vampire Counts
