Normal is not queuable, no wings so you need to kill 11 other bosses first. IDK, i did nzoth again last weekend on my old main that i just started with a bit again, and nzoth died in 3 pulls

eh just join a normal nya pug. Plenty of them running, you don’t need 470 and curve for normal.

LFR is horrific. I don’t get why players choose to waste so much time in queues and then wiping on stuff because half of the raid is afk or doing 8k dps. I started my nyalotha progression in normal pugs, then did some heroic pugs (about 6/12 HC). Without a guild that is, i joined a casual guild already being 6/12H. It’s possible and doesn’t take as much effort as bothering with LFR.

I agree LFR is a colossal time sink.You get better gear from Vision Asaults,Vision or Emissary if you have high enough ilevel.It is really if you just want to see the raid and dont care about gear.But be weary you will most likely be grouped with the same type of people.
I am glad LFR is no longer a good resource for catch up gear.
