The War Within Quest Progress

Guys with access to The War Within Alpha, I have a question about the quests.

Tell me please if the progress is synchronized between characters when completing quests? For example, I have completed all the quests to open the Nyalotha raid and Molten Front location on one character, will I be able to get access to the raid and Molten Front on another character without completing the quest chain again?

I know about this function, it seems that it works only for the campaign quests, isn’t it? And what about the progress?
