I was just wondering. Since there is a lot of talk about transmog being account wide in The War Within expansion (in Warbands). Can they make Legion artifact appearances also account wide if you already unlocked them on one of your characters? That would be great. And I am not talking only about Balance of Power questline which has already been unlocked. I am talking about all of them.
in q&a they said it’ll start with TWW and then dragonflight, previous expansion details are not clear yet. they don’t want to make tier set drops etc. account-wide so i don’t think artifact appearences will be account wide either. maybe they could do everything else other than the campaign ones ? idk

I was thinking this way. If I unlock full first row on my Rogue artifact appearances, it would be great if first full row of Warlock artifact appearances would be unlocked aswell for my Warlock. No transmog cross-classes (Mage using Warlock artifact appearances etc). Just unlocking it.
