This needs to be removed ASAP. I’ve changed hero talents simply to remove this absolutely awful effect. Shame on you Blizzard

So glad I found this thread, I thought it was a gear effect and was going crazy not being able to find the source on my main!
I wish this had a toggle, because I loved to play oracle, but now had to switch to get rid of the glow for RP reasons and because it looks annoying if constantly visible. Pity, but then I don’t properly play the game anyway. Still, a toggle would be fabulous.

I just decided to level my priest alt, and this glowy eye effect showed up, i hate it. It looks super creepy on pandaren and it ruins my whole transmog. I even considered opting out of the whole talent tree thing but turns out you can’t do that. I tried using Neural Silencer item, that didin’t help either. Please, Let us disable this effect. Add a glyph or something, just anything to disable this.
