Not sure if this is where this thread belongs, but I’m just really confused cause I don’t see anyone mentioning it anywhere and googling does absolutely nothing.
I’m just confused to what the weird effect is on your face in TWW and how can I turn it off? I mean the glowing yellow eye on your forehead and glowing yellow eyes.
I presumed it was due the Oracle hero tree as it looks kinda similar to the Oracle image, but even after changing to Archon hero tree it stayed. Is it a bug? How do I ge rid of the thing?

I absolutely hate that… very…
I hope we’ll hide this dumb effect.
thats a very stupid effect because especially if you loved to customize your eyes colors now its totally useless… I liked to have blue eye but with this dumb effect its better to go to the barber and change for gold eyes… -_-
and the symbol on the forehead… seriously…

I dunno, I kind of like it. Makes the character look like an ascended being. But, maybe the effect should only be active when one of the premonition buffs are on. Feels weird to always be “on” in a way too.

I think its a bug. I assume its only supposed to show when you use the Oracle spells and during their buff.

Yeah after playing oracle a bit, the effect is supposed to be part of a visual cue.
When in combat there are 3 glyphs arranged in a triangle around the effect that sort of pulse slowly to let you know where premonition is in the buff rotation.
When observed from behind the character, default camera view:
Insight - top
Piety - bottom right
Solace - bottom left
Also, I’ve noticed the particle effect is a lot stronger when playing oracle as holy compared to oracle as discipline. I think this is supposed to be a class fantasy flavour decision.
Edit: there is no difference.
I agree. I also hate it, and wish Blizzard would give us an option to turn this off. It doesn’t add anything for me, and only makes transmogs look wonky, especially when its always on - even out of combat.

But… Premonition is an active spell, no? I see this thing on all the time, even when I don’t click Premonition. Or am I missing sth…? I really don’t like spell effects like this… would be great to have a toggle option!

+1, it just makes me look like a Draenei and really messes up some tmog vibes. Give us a toggle, please!

I actually like it as it fits my transmog really well, but I also would like to see a glyph to deactivate the effect for others.
I dont think its a bug like some people guessed.
Seems intended to me.

For those that like it great but please allow us to turn it off somehow.

+1 Please allow us to at least toggle it, I was super exited to play Oracle but the irremovable glowy effect made me switch to Voidreaver immediately…

Yes, please let me turn it off! It looks so stupid when I look at my character from the side the eye is still facing me. It’s an awful design. Plus I don’t like an eye coming out of my head.

I’m also joining my fellow priests here to ask Blizzard to remove this Oracle effect when out of combat!
It looks ridiculous on my Undead-themed priest and covers my glorious red eyes. It makes sense to get the golden glow and the third eye when the Premonition buff active, but why keep it outside of that? Seems like a notorious bug to me.
And it’s especially sad considering that for Holy I’m supposed to used Oracle in dungeons, but because of this effect/bug I have to be Archon.

Any news on this? I wonder if Blizz has even registered any feedback about this problem? :S
