I had this yesterday. It wasn’t a semi guild run but an actual pug.
Went smoother than I expected and we actually oneshot most bosses until we reached Fyrakk. Then one hunter started being a toxic elitist, claiming to kick everyone who was not 9/9 while the run was never advertised as a full clear alt run.
Sad to say the pug broke up after a few wipes on fyrakk.
Oh ye - those drakes in galakrond fall must be amazing to heal we Pulled 2 if them in 12 not knowing how hard their pulsating aoe is - and Jezus that hurt we felt sorry for healer . Thx god spawn point is so close there. That said with 38 deaths there we were just 3 minutes past timer so year timer is very forgiving there
The tuning of that dungeon is just brutal compared to old legion dungeons or everbloom
Yeah don’t do that on fort week xD. At least not with the current ilvl we have. Did several runs in that dungeon and every tank I had was scared AF to pull both of them.
Huh, what do you mean? Most were fine imo. Exceptions being Everbloom and WM (due to "the randomly pulling through walls bug that has been there since BfA).
Thats pretty fragile. Just say “doh, silly me / my bad I’ll be more careful next time” and carry on. It happens all the time in pugs and people may show a flash of irritation but they forget it and move on. Someone leaving over it? That sticks in peoples minds as hilarious
Unfortunately… On the first boss i died to the cleave cause i had didn’t see it under the aoe from the seed and was focused at not bombing a DH that came charging into me…
But hey, least i see what went wrong.
And on first pull i died to lack of heal, so i was dead like 90% of the total encounters. Doesn’t exactly look good. \o/
Also still lack some gear slots in higher ilvl so bottom tier dps.
It’s the first week and people learn at different speeds. You’re basically denying yourself the opportunity to learn (mechanically and also the many and glorious ways you can end up licking the floor in a raid),
It’s a judgement call, if you’re in over your head its polite to dip out so you don’t drag the group down. But if you’re killing stuff fine and its a bit of a “doh” run, seems like your being too harsh on yourself.
I went for the last 3 on normal completely blind. At se second to last boss (fire owl guy) I died because I didn’t know where I had to dragonride to and missed the platform XD, group killed the boss without me.
