Is there any specific “ownership” or guild related to The Wyvern’s Tail in Orgrimmar? I’ve rarely seen any barkeepers or anything within it, mostly people go by with just emoting to Gravy.
Been kind of interested in making a barkeeper character to maybe just make it all a little more interactive, but without stepping on any toes. It’s really just having a character behind the counter, without claiming the tavern in anyway, just your regular barkeeper worker.
You are good to make a barkeeper worker for the Wyvern’s Tail. So long as you aren’t claiming to be the owner or anything beyond an extra pair of hands, you are good.
In fact, I highly encourage it. People who do this breath life into RPs.

I made a thread a while ago encouraging people to try out doing such roles before. NPCing can be a great RP experience and I fully support it.
I RP’d a town crier for a time and loved every moment of it. In fact, I am thinking of doing it again, if I can figure out some details.

Barkeep RP without building appropriation should never be discouraged, quite the contrary. Get your drink(mix) on! 
I echo Diamantia. Seen some times someone being there as Barkeep, assisting Gravy. Would be cool to have one being there who you can interact with, or at least interact more… Lively.
I encourage this, would be fun to interact with actually someone and not just a game npc, give it a go and I might come by for rp.
