Hey Blizz!
I want to address a growing issue on realm “Thekal-EU”
According to Logged events on Thekal there were 2126 players in logged Raid’s and PVP events last reset.
2126 players might be considered an OK amount of players but the issue with Thekal is that those players mostly raidlog making it a medium populated server with low activity. This is creating a hard time for players like me and my friends who enjoy the game as much as possible but gets limited when there’s a very low amount of groups and very few players to engage with on alts and open world events.
I wish you might consider a solution regarding transfers from Thekal like you currently do with Angerforge etc.
I know Thekal is a Fresh Wotlk server and we had a very nice and even split between factions a couple of months ago.
To be honest, playing on a fresh server was wonderful while it lasted, we then opened transfers and had a few people transfer back and forth making the economy skyrocket and the few accomplishments people was proud about became average very fast.
The even split between factions is dying quicker and quicker when hordes stops playing more and more while the players who is online only hang out around AH/Ulduar waiting for their next raid.
If server transfers is an option there’s a few alternatives to higher populated servers where people could transfer to actually get some enjoyment and people to interact with instead of quitting the game because they are being bored.
Hordes could transfer to Mograine,
Whilst alliance could transfer to Earthshaker.
It’s not optimal to open transfers from an half evenly split server to Mono servers but if this doesn’t happen the end result will probably be people quitting because there’s nothing left to do.
I hope you take this proposal into consideration.
Best Regards.
