I had no idea such community existed, but it certainly feels bit like a slap in the face.
You can use a SL legendary to reduce it to 60sec.
I mean who cares about ToD honestly
why is fortifying brew on 3 min cd???
For ToD is 3 non to much, it should be 1 min baseline. FB is 3 min because of the other der CDs that is my thought about it.
Other than a improved power word shield which Karma is I donāt see any other def cds.
ToD however undependant will do itās job in Raids and PvP. A lower cooldown would mostly only benefit M+.
Fortifying was 3 min in MoP because it was 20% and 20 seconds and we had also much more passive healing and instant healing and Sparring.
And it was used with the āoldā ToD to have a bigger burst.
They nerfed it to 15% for 15 sec so the cd should at least go to 2 min or 1.5 min.
Karma is only good with the talent. I love to see any class burst into Karma and heal me.
