There is no other game like World of Warcraft

Interesting. I play a lock in classic hardcore and there it’s called curse of agony lol

Well, I think it would not change too much. It would just make warlocks slightly OP, but I mean, they are kind of weak anyway it feels, so this could balance them without doing any tuning. Also, it would not be too obnoxious, because you can dispell the curse in the end. It’s moee of a change that makes warlock way easier to play, and more clear to play against. Dots of affliction should also be a little condensed. My debuff part of the screen is way too full with different poisons, dots, debuffs, etc. Better to have less abilities that do more things. It makes it easier and more clear for everyone involved and lets you see what is happening better without having to rely on weakauras.

There are only 3 of them.
5 when bursting.

It’s a DOT class, my friend. It can’t have fewer DOT effects.
That’s the entire purpose of the specialization.

Well, I use 28 keybinds on my pvp Fury warr. It’s less than what I use on my resto shaman but not by far (I use like 32 on that one).

What the hell why wolf says something about removing dots from affli, how are we supposed to do damage without dots? make affli shadowbolt spam class?
Anyway, remove life siphon and leave alone others. easy. Life siphon doesn’t have anything interesting going in gameplay wise and practically glorified corruption with ability to leech, too bad it’s too good to not use.

Its Slapface. Laugh and marvel at the spectacle as he throws his weight around.

It’s like being threatened by a three-year-old with a handful of spaghetti hoops.

There are my favorite specs, with fury sometimes swapped with unholy DK depending on mood.

Why are they unfun? Too easy? Boring? Difficult to fight against?
I am on a quest to find my all time favorite specs. All opinions are appreciated.

They can absolutely be fun to play.

However, they’re not fun to play against because they’re extremely one dimensional, with a major focus on raw damage, and they are given the tools to have basically 100% uptime on their target with minimal efforts.
This creates “zug zug PvP”, or “tunnel vision PvP”.

You said you also like UDK.
It’s different here, because while it is a very damage focused specialization, it’s not as easy as a Fury Warrior or a DH.
Those two have a lot of mobility tools with multiple charges, and they can stick to their targets 24/7. There is no breathing room against those.

The reasons I like UDK are because I do more PVE and UDK has been towards the top of DPS charts since I started checking them (around the time DF was released). And I like my character to have some magical abilities besides brute force. I think having Battle Rez is really nice. Paladin have even better abilities but my favourite races night/void elves can’t be paladins (yet).

I tried outlaw rogue but didn’t like constantly collecting and spending combo points. That’s why I don’t like specs with high skill ceiling. They makes the game too stressful, too demanding. There are enough specs in the game for everyone’s taste. I agree the game shouldn’t be made any easier. There is more than enough easy content already for casual players.

As for the fury, BM and DH unfunny to play against I don’t know how can it be improved. Are they difficult to win against? Are they easily predictable that can be countered with the right abilities?

You what.

Of course it would be noticed.
