Blizzard does a good job of allowing people playing on potatoes to still play WoW, however by far the biggest FPS killer is any sort of mist or fog. If there was an option to disable that it would result in a huge quality of life boost for those playing on ancient hardware.

I agree, some halls in torghast deletes my FPS pretty much cus of the fog
It does cut my fps in half with 8700k and 1070ti. So not just potatoes.
I agree, that there should be option to disable fog.
