These problems after reset is quite annoying. I mean it makes me quit the game until it works, and I wonder who also does it. It ramps up to a high count.
Please, if It’s fixable, do it. Atleast adress it so we can see that you know its a problem.

What bracket are we talking about?
Arena queues are bugged and not putting players in the queue, or putting them in and not showing an enter prompt, leaving them with deserter debuff.
Happened 2 days in a row now
Any words from blizzard at all on the topic? Or have they COMPLETELY given up on communicating with their customers?

I cancelled my sub and listed their lack of communication on the subject as the reason.
Yep happening since Wednesday Reset. Trying to queue and its constantly saying you are queued but no icon on the map. Then a few mins later you have queued but no icon. Logged out and back in. Did the usual garbage stuff with WTF, Cache and Addons. Still not working.
I’ll probably do that too. I only pvp. No point paying for a game i can’t play. And the radio silence per usual only adds to the frustration. Wth happened to this once great company?!
This is very frustrating. Can’t play the game. 
Please blizzard devs, provide some information. There must be tons of ppl on christmas break thirsty for some queues. And guess what, you don’t say anything, we ain’t getting our time back and we’re paying tons for your game and getting 0 customer support.

Solo shuffle is canceled, it didn’t work out.
Having the same problems in both 2s and 3s. Can’t really queue.
I feel like we playing free server, like COME ON SUPPORT DO FINALLY YOUR JOB! Why at NA servers is all okey? Only EU is bugged trash. I am disgusted of this game, Df is rly good but u guys totaly destroy it with this bugs.
