What other classes would use Warglaives though lore wise? I’m so tired of this constant hate towards DH lately!
There used to be intellect plate gear which was useable by only one spec, let alone one class…

This is true. In theory it should only be Night Elves that use the glaives but still people would complain about that too!

Just want to make it clear cause there is obvious confusion: they created a class for the weapon type, not other way around!

Warglavies first used by legion commanders. Then Illadan made it famous.
or they could have just not been lazy and added another glaive class in shadowlands, like warden for alliance and mirror it with shadowhunters for the horde. shrug
No longer an issue with personal loot tho. Each class get its own loot table and the less used weapons like wands shields or bows do not reduce the chances of getting the usual stuff.
1st. Warglaives of Azzinoth.
2nd. Shadow Hunters. Vol’jin being prime example of Warglaive / Staf combo wielding SH. We even do a quest in BfA to bath it in old god’s blood.
Either you do, or you don’t. Pick one.
