weapons and gear sould be very very unique like the only way you can get that kind of gear is in raids
the vault needs some unique gear sets and weapons and out door gear needs some love aswell

Raid gear and dungeon gear is to mainstream
Solo gear and weapons should look better then group items. Solo rewards should be better looking and very unique style makes you stand out more because you done that with out needing a group
You should be rewarded more when doing solo with badass weapons and gear sets when you solo is great group is toxic nowadays for new players
Open world progress should be end game you should be able to get heroic raid level gear when you do a heroic world quests or rare bosses
Solo play should be more rewarding then group play
World quests should give heroic raid level gear
Solo tier sets should be a big deal aswell and weapons
A solo build should be a thing aswell for solo content

Sure solo players should be able to upgrade gear as well. although it a should cost much more time and resources to do so. Wanting world quests just just hand out heroic raid gear seems a bit silly. Unless there is some challenging mage tower like challenge you got to do for it. Then i would call it deserved. But otherwise having the ability to upgrade gear over longer playtime and resource costs should be fine.
But we’d need challenging solo world content first if you want to straight out hand out such good gear
Sure, in fact the best gear should drop straight into your mailbox each time you login.
If you are able to open an in game mail it should reward your time and effort with a higher ilvl than merely completing a mythic raid.

whats the point of all this tho. If you need gear to only do solo content then you dont even need heroic raiding level gear. Solo content is pretty easy. Unless you also mean solo queuing for dungeons and pvp, but thats still group content
