Any chance we can have thicker set Dracthyr, a bit like the male Dreanai but with wings and without sausage arms? It would be good to have the dragons like the red one at the start of Dragonflight that you do that short escort quest with.
I do like the current ones, it’s just they don’t feel the right scale imho.

Dracthyr have already gotten a thicker body compared to release and the guy you mean is a completely different race.
So I doubt that they will get a new body type unless Wow runs so long that Dracthyr become old and outdated and get a refresh that way.

He maybe, I don’t know. Been playing since 2004 but no idea of lore.
I do know that the character we was escorting was dragon shaped though, which is enough to explain my desire I think.
I see that we have 4 body sizes but they just aren’t that noticeable imho.

1 and 4 has quite a bit of difference for me, mind you that’s personal take. 4th one has buff arms and wider torso by a mile, but when compared to most wow races they appear thin still, given even humans compared to everyday folks are a muscle house (not to mention orcs). I am content myself as their whole lore deal is deathwing going (during the war of the scaleborn): “Well, dragonspawn are magically potent but too fragile and drakonids (dragon man you are referring to) are strong but too slow, so I gotta make something that is fast and magically adept so they can fight flying dragons.

Aye I get that matey,
1-4 does look vastly different in the chr greater, but when you’re playing the look extremely similar. I wanted to make a Warrior one as a tank and I think the one you escort would look perfect! I accept it’s a subjective thing ofc. But I live in hope and maybe one day in C+ my dream will come true.

I would be down for having them as a race myself tbh, thought of having an ench shammy as one with two massive hammers is sweet.

Last I know was Gul’dan something and he seemed cool and then Demon Hunter named Illidan kill him. Havent followed much lore afterwards
The thicker were my que that you want bulk, otherwise I would been lost whats an sausage arm big or small
Yes but every race needs to be the hulk apparently
If they had the KT build I would have rolled one but as is they look to whimsical and I don’t like the voices.
Dracthyr needs only two things. Clothes and more visage options.

Aye.
Some tabard look nice on them as clothes, but obviously this isn’t what your meaning.
It’s comical that their very concept art uses robes… But nope, we aren’t allowed to.

Their in-game art also uses polearms and how long did it take to use them in game?
Soon we will have robes
(assuming that the artist developers designs and introduces regalias in the Dracthyr armor designs in Midnight)
Plenty of thick players so why bother?
Sadly we’re stuck with androgynous wimpy lizards.
Would’ve preferred them Dragonkin meself. Not a fan of these flying geckos.

I prefer to have wings to be honest.
But I seem to be one of the minority who is quite ok with how Dracthyr look.

Curious.
The daft questline of Dracthyrs finding their own image ain’t there a dwarf and gnome in visage?
Kinda lame there’s these failures to hide their draconic appearance we get as players in their “human/elf” forms.

There’s nothing wrong with giving people the options.
People like me want buff female Draenei (although not the same size as the male Draenei, but more defined arms and torso muscles). And there are enough people regularly asking for thin male human models for a better and more accurate depiction of human mages, etc.
Other games offer those options. And it doesn’t detract from the game.
