As someone that’s near that body type IRL I’d love to play a character like that xD and have my spell caster not look like they’re going to the gym 6 times a week…
I like the HandSome Large Man I think it is good for KulTiran to be fat , and Dwarf character . If you wish to be thin , this is the Undead character but the bone is not ugly and out to teast EveryOne , the bone is ugly and in
Kultiran is the Ogres that horde never Got.
As for people who pick KulTiran i barely saw any alliance at max lvl using them . I just lvl up an Shaman just to compete all the Races and nothing else.
At the end is just a Fat Human and nothing else .
Yeah it’s rather unfortunate that we just didnt get the customization, wonder if it was something to do with armor scaling.
I forgot how ugly the alpha face of male KT looked, glad they changed it during beta. 
I doubt they would add a model that is so different for the same race, I know orcs can be upright but the overall model / animations are the same, while thin KT have the female undead animations (and look really weird honestly).

The posture of the thin male is just …/shudders. Why so hunchback…
But i think more bodytypes would be nice.
Because the model is based on the male Forsaken. Seeing as they did not intend this to be a player model, they probably did not bother “fine tuning” the posture. Or add a thin female model for that matter.
Agree! Since I play caster/magician human and KT characters look so bulky for my fantasy. I would play KT for sure if they add skinny type of body. Love their lore, but I am not a huge fan of playing them as caster.
I would support a thind Kul Tiran, sinve pirates in a sense are not fat xD
