Iâm not even sure of how it is possible that both, WoW AND diablo devs are part of the same company.
Diablo is so alt friendly, you share resources, bank and it is hell a lot easier to lvl up. How did WoW devs manage to take parts from diablo (torment is basically m+ but done right) and screw it up.
In diablo there is progress, you get your stuff fast, the community is not toxic, and it actually feels like a game.
Because, guess what, games should be fun and not a torture like currently SL is.
What makes wow bad right now for me
lack of POWER lvl progresion or i donât how you people call it
example
When i leveled up my shaman during last 1 or 2 months of MOP
i felt the power raising up with every lvl i did
and with every talent i took with every step i make i was more and more powerful
i caped 90 and i think i did some LFR droped some trinkets and items
and farmed some items from timeless isle i think i donât even remember i have this character on stormscale
but my point is that
i didnât felt this kind of progresion in wow when i came back in legion
i felt powerful after i did a gear grind and lvl uip my weapon + legendary
but for example BFA did very strange thing
i lost a weapon and my character with every lvl i did was weaker and even when i caped 120 i was still pretty weak compared to older versions of the game
I tried to go back on some private WOTLK server to experience how was POWER progresion back then
and it was complete oposite with every lvl i did from 70- 80 made me stronger
Evetime i had new item it made my character stronger
for example when i didnât have HIT i was not doiing dmg but when i caped hit and raise expertise the game change again
and with every bonus from SET or even trinket it meant something
it changed how my class work it was faster and stronger
The best thing about it is that i never did a HIGH END content
but still felt the power progresion
If someone knows what im talking about will maybe explain to me why it changed like this
I guess its because its two entirely different teams working on it, And that they have no connection to eachother what so ever. And the fact that its mmorpg vs rpg two different genres.
And from what ive read in other threads it looks like WoW devs are mainly looking at other competitors within the same genre when they are designing their game wich makes sense.
But sometimes u can just wish that they took more actions into concideration based of what the community wants.

Hey! Im sorry i missed this one and yes true not everyones going to be happy about decisions that is being made. But i think majority of players is pretty tired of the meta achievement required for unlocking flying? For me that has played through all expansions its getting abit annoying to unlock flying everytime a new expansion comes. But i can also see the positive sides with being grounded for a while - the outer world will feel abit more living and that u will pay more attention to the astetics of the game.
Hmm ⌠How about remove the meta achievement required for unlocking flying, keep us grounded for a while like 2-3 months into the expansion. And lets call it for âgameplay reasonsâ and then let us unlock it for a silly gold cost. It shouldnt be a big project to unlock flying in a new expansion. I mean my big sinful drake has wings, i suppose he knows how to fly with them even when im exploring a new zone.
For me the âflying topicâ isnt what worries me the most about the game, it is mainly timegating because its so obvious how their using our time. And its abit worrying that they always find these âsolutionsâ 3 months or later into a patch.
-Wasting time on things that donât matter, like expansion systems or trying to break cookie cutter.
-Because they tried to break cookie cutter, Blizzard put a lot of restrictions in the game, which nobody asked for. Who would like being restricted? Who doesnât like freedom and experiencing builds?
-Gear is quite boring as there is no more player agency around items.
-Some pure dps classes have overloaded kits and almost all hybrids specs are bringing irrelevant utility spells and deal sub part damages, making them undesirable compared to the top dog specs. That has to change.
-Blizzard not embracing flying. By that I mean Blizzard should create regions containing hidden zones that can only be reached by flying, like they did in wrath, instead of restricting flying.
-Classes need love, since legion overhaul are not functioning without legion systems.
What a coincidence that other people can see the same problems as ive pointed out in this thread, there must be a misstake made somewhere

Oh so u think that im secretly working at blizzard and that this is my civil character that im using to stealth around on the forums to spy for info about others players opinions about the game ? I guess thats a compliment but im just an ordinary player unfortunly with good values about the game.
