Things that makes wow bad

Yes, this is true and Blizzard has stated something about this in past interviews and it has to do with itemisation, gearscaling, and our powers in relevence to the old world.
Each time a new expansion releases we used to get more powerful.
And blizzard kept increasing this power for many and many expansions until the point that it became too much numbers for it to makes sense for anyone to read.
Critting 10mill with chaos bolts was possible in the past and i think it was in Legion we reached a point where numbers went too crazy and that they redesigned it.

Personally im not that worried about set bonus and etc, but i understand that some people miss it.

Now Daestra didnt say anything about that, your reply its weird… Maybe not you, but im pretty sure theres guys on this forum, being negative towards people complaints because they have a sad minimum wage waiting for them at the end of the month… Cant have people expressing their opinions freely without some censure. The best way? Employ some guys to troll or discredit other peoples opinions. Its common sense. And it works.

I meant when you refered to me as a seperate part of the playerbase,
That me being a “dev” was a part of the joke rip :wilted_flower:

A what ?

Very hard to tell a joke from somebody being sarcastic or pedantic sorry to say .

Ohh and i also forgot, you know where these guys work at? In Call Centers! Muah hahaha
And im talking because i know its true, in my country i can even tell the adress where they work. Had a girlfriend working in a Call Center, where they have WOW admins working there. The place? Algés, Lisboa, Portugal. I can even tell the exact adress. But who cares, these are sad people, all of them geek look alike, that cant even score in a place full of girls.

Blizzard has a phone support available in different countries, and im not surprised that theyre working in a call center like most other similar companies does. This is not to be confused with being a game developer. ^^

You cant love everyone

Dude a developer has a decent paycheck, that can even do its job on a toilet, only needs internet. An admin has a paycheck that is an utterly joke, and goes to work on a Call Center to be controlled by its boss. And believe me, he needs to work alot for that minimum wage…

I only love very few people who are very close ,i used to be far more open to it but with state of current world thats has gone .

I wish i could love again, but when sylvanas broke the sky above Icecrown so did my heart.

Yes, im waiting for the part where u are humiliating the devs? Whats wrong with that ? xD

Classic bait. Ive been around for some time, while you were still surfing in your dads balls. Im out! Said what needed to be said. Goodbye Júnior.

Ok cya dawg, if u ever check back in dont forget to read the original post and let us hear about ur opinion on the subject.

It’s just lame to be a GOD and with every new expansion my power will reset to 0 so we can progress again i don’t like that at all  but maybe they will came up with solution who knows

What makes wow currently unenjoyable for me that I stop even logging in?

  1. The amount of slog/grind/time gating you have to go through if you want to play an alt or change a main

  2. Covenant rubbish - if you unlucky and your class require different covenants for each spec. I recently learned if you want to swap back to an old covenant you have to do a lot of BS WQs for lousy 8% while not even having enough WQs available to do this crap in one sitting

  3. Weekly rubbish vault - this system (while better than bfa) is terrible. Legion introduced this stupidity of loot gating that ruined the whole drop system of the game outside of mythic raiding.
Every single item that drops is devalued since you can only get max ilvl in the vault or mythic raid.

  4. ilvl gaps in all contents… If you played 1 char from the very beginning every week, it is easy to reach ilvl 226. Not difficult game play wise (at least M+) but it is so terribly time gated by a weekly rng chest.
Pvp ilvl gaps are even worse. If you join pvp late and come with ilvl 200 vs ilvl 226 you just feel like a target dummy.

  5. Hamsterwheel reset every single patch. I hate farming the same stupid gear in the same stupid dungeons again and again just to raise my ilvl. There is no new challenge (aside new raid), so why do I have to grind the same stuff every 3-6 month AGAIN?

Everything just needs such a massive boring grind to catch up that it is 0 fun for me to log in anymore.
I do not like to play always only 1 single char, the classes and content is just too boring for that, especially in such long patch

I think part of what makes the game bad is certain people attacking others, harassing them in their threads and threatening them with a ban. That’s just ugly.

On the forums, at least. In game there are way too many bad aspects to name in a single post. :scream:

I just returned after a loong break.

There are good things in WoW and there are things which need improvement

I LOVE LOVE LOVE FF14 personal story and it feels like you actually get a sense of a story.

I KNOW its two different games but here are some areas which I think could make WoW better

Quivers for all bows/xbows. Optional to hide if you dont like. All bows in ff14 has quivers which i just love.

More fluent transmog. FF14 has sandals, earrings, rings, dyes etc. WoW got WAY more transmog options but it needs to have more casual clothes. I dislike the boots in wow, i know i can hide them but more casual options which doesnt look like i am walking in heavy boots all the time be good. (There might be some cloth ones but im a mail wearer  )
A total removal of ALL transmog limits would also be good. Its purely cosmetics so why not
I would defo pay money to be able to get NPCS transmog (you can in ff14  )

There is no point in lvling up other than lvling… I dont get a sence of the games story other than to rush to max lvl and then grind grind grind grind. I dont know if this ever change but I hope so

Graphic just got a tweek and WoW always had it´s own feel but it feel so outdated compared to other games so even more graphic tweeking would be good. More hair colors, more hairstyles, etc. Not saying WoW needs to copy FF14 or other games but it could do with even more tweeking of graphics

enable all gathering proffesions to become avalible for one character. Just gathering thats all i ask. After playing ff14 and having acces to all on one char i really miss this. Dont get me wrong i dont want my druid and my hunter in wow to be the same character, but be able to mine, skin and harvest flowers on one char would be nice.

Community - in ff14 you have a novice channel where ppl can get help and everyone is super nice and friendly. I played WoW for long and never seen a community like that here. Not sure what could be done to improve but IMO there should be done something

Mechanics. I LOVE that you can solo old content in WoW, but somethings just dont make sense anymore. Yes it was important to get Deathwings backplates blasted open in a raid back when it was relevant, but as a solo player having to do it and wait for it is just… yeah nonsense. Let me just skip a TOTALLY unnessesary mechanicsm which actually takes more than one player . Same with the achivement for the irondwars getting killed in Uldudar… make it possible for high lvl solo players to do it solo… not sure how but needs to be worked on

Reward me when I come back. I came back after more than 1 year… nothing saying "Ohh WELCOME! We missed you here is "insert stuff i missed while i was gone… e.g. xmas gifts " or something.

That is all I had to say. FF14 and WoW is two different games but no reason why they cannot learn from eachother. NOT copy but just learn

didn’t we get something like that with the new starting zone?
I care to remember that there is also a help channel now for newbies, like a mentor system or something.

This is big problems with the game atm, im referring to this in my op.

I wish there was some other nice way of dealing with old content to still make it relevant

Yes, this was being handled in the better way in the past imo
