Cuz UDK isn’t scary, they have nothing - low burst, mediocre pressure. All they have is 4-5 “kicks” and thats all. This spec isn’t for any tournament for shure, even if games will be slowly - they don’t have NS. There is better specs for pressure.

Tbh AWC is extremely boring. Think I’ve been watching the same comps for a decade with a few specs coming in and out. It took a combination of Azerite Traits + Corruption and a buffed version of Demon Armor to make Destruction viable in arena. No wonder its back to where it was pre-corruption BfA.

yes it always evolves around the same specs (mage,warrior,rogue) and if something is stupidly busted numbers wise, that will be thrown in the mix too (e.g. ret) only if a synergy comp is very strong you might see other classes as well (turbo, jungle).
recently it is just throw the biggest fotm classes that cannot die together in a comp regardless of great synergy or not and call it a day
