The issue with Blizzard is they never listen. You have to be inept to achieve a patch that is meant to enhance a game to do the complete opposite. I look at it this way, we pay you, making it your problem. Would anyone at blizzard buy a brand new TV take it home to discover it does not work, and they can not get their money back. It is doubtful, but the time to wait never went down, but up. You have 173 minutes to wait, changing to you have 378 minutes to wait. It is like queuing for a raid. Starts at 20 mins ends up at times over 2 hours. Blizzard sort please all the issues. fair game play, sorting out patches before you go live. Plus payment back for days lost in playtime.
