So today i got the same pair of boots from 2 different t8 delves…
THEN, a few hours later i got [Siphoning Lightbrand] from a delve… and then when i turned in a weekly quest i get the same god damn trinket AGAIN…
Like is this even designed right?
Seeing this topic and loot table + other comments it seems the RNG is just RNG.

It is not real RNG, the loot is rigged so that you keep playing, also some stuff have higher drop rate like cloaks, neck and boots. Meanwhile others like chest or weapons are non existant.
I would believe in bad luck if it was just a few guys but most people I know are having this same issue, myself included.

Rng is rng. My lock got his Staff from like 2nd dvelve it did.
You percive it as bad because ofc people want mainly weapons / good trinkets

Ok so your small sample of 1 player means X = Y? What about your other characters? What about me? What about all the people complaining in the forum? What about the history of this same thing happening over the years?
I could tell you the same thing you told me:

just finished a dvelve and BM monk tank got his polearm .
seen quite a lot of weapons.
rng is rng .
my DH for example got hero weapon from tw weekly quest.
some super luckly peopel got their hero weapons from maps on first day t8 dvelves were open .
at the end of day - its just about luck .
i rememebr back in mop in SOO i farmed on my monk that hc wf trinket from shamans for whole 14 month tier. never dropped evne though i had like bazilion epgp at some point because it waso nly hting i needed. for my lock int one dropped in very first alt raid we did on hc . rng is rng ;p
