I’ve purchased paid realm transfer and faction change. After transferring my character when I’m trying to use Faction change button it says ‘This character is still on cooldown for this service’ more than 1 day already. A few days ago I made Race change on this character. Does this mean that I cannot use Faction Change for another 30 days? Please help.
I am unsure where you got 30 days from, but the page for realm transfer, and race changes both say it has a 72 hour cooldown.
1 day is only 24 hours, so you have another 2 days to wait, I’m afraid.
I’m not sure, can you purchase both at the same time in one service?

I remember prior bundles and more coming in, back in BFA when i moved servers u could bolt additional services into one purchase
Hpwever this no longer comes up, so i dunno if this feature has been moved or removed.

Paid Character Transfer, Faction Change, and Race Change cooldowns are 30 days, during which time you cannot perform another service of the same kind. In addition, you cannot perform a Faction Change or Race Changes within 30 days of each other.
Sounds like you found the answer already, but just to clarify the cooldown is only shared between the Race and Faction change. So you should be able to complete it 30 days from the date of the Race change.

You would think they would do a combination offer on both services like they do in retail.
maybe make a suggestion ingame to add it.
