I dont know where to post this and i’ve been trying to find a fix for this for 2 days now

basically i made a dk in the cata prepatch server 2 days ago and now i am level 80 been doing dungs farming stuff preparing for cata

then i try to join a raid it says " this character may not enter raids yet " altho i am able to join raids just fine with my other character

I try to open a ticket about this but for some reason the AI in the ticket page is refering me to ban appeals with no way for me to actually submit my ticket … please for the love of god i need help i dont know where to go and who to talk to

edit: just incase this needs to be mentioned some how but I am not banned …

Are you not able to enter the raid portals or are you not even able to be invited into a raid group?

I cant enter portals neither get summoned inside a raid

And that happens after you joined the raid group? Because withiout a raid you can’t enter raids anyway, it’s normal.
If you are in raid group already (and there is a difference between raid group and normal group) and it still doesn’t work then it’s a bug, yes. In that case, all you can do is write ingame tickets. Posting it in the forums won’t help making any dev or GM look at it because they usually don’t look at EU forums.
