I literally die in 2 seconds with both blur and darkness active, how can they make a squishy melee class not have any real defenses? DPS classes that attack from 40 yards away are much tankier than this melee class, which makes no sense.

I do not believe. The dh I was fighting against ate my both 11k bolts and stayed 80%
Well you can only count on darkness if you play the talent and even then its still RNG if you get hit or not, you might be unlucky and 3 spells in a row come through or 0.
But yeah DH is squishy, you can see against other melees that can just tank you more or less while you have to kite them whenever they have any damage almost.
Darkness legendary help a lot… Cant play w/o it… Maybe only in pve
