So you are saying that every m+ dungeon should give loot to everyone just for the sake of the convenience of those who donāt have the time to play an mmorpgā¦ Thatās ridiculous. Then we would be back to square one where everyone has everything and heroic raid ilvl gear by spamming m+ for one week and then they have nothing to do. Yeah, really great idea, not like people gave feedback for 4 years about how nonsense the huge amount of loot was.

Can you post on your main, so we can see how youāre out geared for vault drops already and i will gladly concede the point and say youāre correct.
Iām saying that players should be rewarded for playing well and not relying on RNG to reward them. Fixing this would also make it a lot easier for people who donāt have a lot of free time.

Being rewarded for your effort compared to being rewarded in accordance of the difficulty are two separate things. If you have the skills to beat the hardest content you should get rewarded in accordance to that. Asking for mythic gear for doing normal I can agree is being a bad opinion to hold, but certainly gearing your character for higher tier of progression is a perfectly valid point. Running through a whole raid and not getting any usable loot in WoW post vanilla is kinda defeating. Certainly the current loot restrictions if anything are not helping and their purpose shine with their shallowness of quite openly throttling gear progression.
Is that some sort of flex? Anyway its guaranteed you can get good upgrades from the vault. Especially if

If youāre playing well, you will be completing M+ runs more efficiently, at higher keys, with less failure rate, which will be giving you more loot & better loot.

Orā¦ do 4x m+ and kill 7 raid bosses (on the highest difficulty you can) and youāll get 4 choices from the Great Vault. At least one of them will be a massive upgrade this early in the expansion. Later on you will have to do 10x m+ and full raid clear to increase your chances.
Also, do both Torghast wings on layer 4 if you donāt have time to play RNG game on higher layers. Thatās where majority of soul ash comes from anyway.
You really donāt need to live in a basement to do this. Unless you want to be full BIS every week. In that case, yes, you have to no-life it and itās always been like that.

If I spam them, yes. Which I canāt since I have real life obligations.

I meanā¦ i work 60-80h a week, bike ride 1h30m everyday. raid 2 times a week, got my legendary, doing m+ got full 184+ gearā¦
i cook fresh everyday, have to do everything myself etc and still find plenty of time
single tho, if you have a family to take care of you know gametime will be limited.
unless you work 18h a day i really dont think you should be complainingā¦ as i see it itās in a good balance for casuals and anything above that.

Too time consuming is the least of your worries. Maybe ilvl 480 is the norm tomorrow at this rate, youād be better off just not playing because the devs are lost.

I mean yeah. This personās life seems very busy but they should still be allowed to enjoy and progress through the game regardless.

The requirements of the vault before reset day is ridiculous. Essentially itās telling you to spam keystones before Wednesday. I personally canāt do that, a lot of people probably canāt.
You can still get a reward by only doing a single keystone 
The people who do 10 keystones still only get 1 reward from the Vault
