Long time ago me and my Warlock brother Kyle here:
We was hitchhikin’ Azeroth down a long and lonesome road.
All of a sudden, there shined a shiny demon in the middle of the road.
And he said,
“Show me the best Warlock lvl 60 Build in the world, or I’ll eat your soul.”
Well, me and Kyle: we looked at each other, and we each said, “Okay.”
And we skilled the first thing that came to our heads,
Just so happened to be - The best Warlock Build in the world,
It was the best Warlock Build in the world.
Look into my eyes and it’s easy to see
One and one make two, two and one make three,
this Build is your destiny.
Bread and Butter hybrid Affiction spec (most viable from todays perspective)
the “might maybe work for one Lock in bigger raids” pure affi spec
Best PvP Demolock, gota farm them all
Best fire/shadowbolt AoE Lock Mcleave (Dual Spec secondary build only)
Tank Lock Soul Link -max Survivabilty
Tank Lock sacrifice Voidwalker max threat/fire dmg
of course, im just theorie crafting now because i’m bored
that said wrists will be coming most likely with lvl 50 and Head Rune with lvl 60 there wont be any more runes, but like you said things might still change quite a bit until 60, (what the runes do and so on)
The affliction spec I posted is a bit eggo trip to be honest, could perhaps work for one of two WL in larger raids, if the other one casts debuffs.
affliction won’t be viable until all runes are released anyway, so unless they give us head and wrists next phase, its going to be fire WL for lvl 50 again (i’m not that excited for next phase PvE)
but PvP might me be fun with Demo if we get Felguard
