Yes, faction balance is non existent and it’s miserable to pvp as horde, but your listed things won’t change anything in the long run. Everyone who pvps seriously is Alliance due to human racial. Humans have extra pvp power due to X2 DMG trinkets plus both proc and on use dmg trinkets. This is insane advantage over any other race even in the first season, and it’s just going to get worse. Something needs to change and soon. There are some possible paths to take.

  1. Don’t touch any racials, but disable pvp trinkets set bonus from using X2 damage trinkets. Humans would still have options to get set bonus with BM trinket or just ignore the bonus. Even then X2 DMG trinkets very strong. It’s the mildest possible route, but better than nothing.

  2. Nerf human racial outright make it retail like, where it removes stuns, or make the racial similar to Undeads’ Will of the Forsaken, just for different effects. Still strong racial depending on what it removes. That’s the best change imo, because it would remove 1 race domination as the best. For pvp racials would be in a good spot with both factions having comparatively decent options. We would see a lot of racial variety for pvp.

  3. Make Undeads’ will of the forsaken the same as human racial is right now. It would be good for faction balance in pvp, but both factions would have clearly the best race for pvp. Not my favorite option, but at least it would awaken horde.

These are just some ideas, but something has to be done, because at the moment Blizzard’s stance is basically: if you wanna pvp, play alliance on Firemaw and be human if your class can

if your class can’t be human you can be night elf which is like the 2nd best for pvp :stuck_out_tongue:

It is already dead. It was dead before it was born. Horde PVP was never a thing. Enter a BG and you’ll see 9 humans on the other team and the one that isn’t human is the one that can’t be human (shaman etc). Absolutely everyone that considers PVP what they want plays human. It’s ridiculous and something HAS to be done or well, horde pvp will continue to be horrible, unfun and honestly a waste of time. It is waaaay faster to do HC’s for honor for arenas than BG’s.

What I’d do, which I know never will happen and would source an absolute outcry is:
1: Any human with 2x dmg trinkets in pvp should have a flat 10% dmg nerf.
2: Have every single horde stop queueing BG’s till Blizz is forced to do something.
