The Horde PvP launch for Mists of Pandaria Classic is an embarrassment. After several days, the situation is still unacceptable:
Vendors Still Broken,
We can’t buy honor gear because the vendors are bugged, phasing in and out like ghosts. This is a core part of PvP progression, and yet it’s been ignored for days. Alliance players are already fully geared while we’re stuck with nothing—how can this even be allowed?
PvP Is Dead on Arrival,
Without proper gear, every battleground feels like a slaughter. Players are quitting before the season even starts because there’s no reason to stay when we’re forced into matches we can’t win.
Blizzard’s Silence Is Insulting,
Three days of total silence from developers is unacceptable. We’re paying monthly subscriptions for a service that is broken, with zero communication and no sign of a hotfix.
A Launch That Feels Like a Beta,
This isn’t a launch. It feels like we’re beta-testing a product that wasn’t ready. PvP is supposed to be competitive and exciting, but right now it’s a frustrating, one-sided mess.
We need immediate fixes:
• Honor vendors must be fixed NOW.
• Compensation or catch-up mechanics should be considered for the days lost due to this issue.
• Clear communication from Blizzard is essential.
Enough is enough. Fix this or watch Horde PvP die before Season 1 even begins.
The only thing i won, were tol barad and wintergrasp, which is also not enjoyable, because of lag. Its super frustrating and you have no chance winning a normal bg, people don’t even try anymore.
As much as the vendor bug sucked, i don’t think it really matters in the end, horde pvp is a joke until blizzard decides to actually do something about it.
On one side you have the blood elf paladin in green gear who does absolutely nothing, on the other you have a druid/monk FC with 2 dedicated healers running laps across the map, at the graveyard there’s an unemployed, full-geared, human female mage named Xcdqtxd who is camping your entire team, worst part is, this isn’t even hyperbolic in the slightest.
This was a problem for wotlk, cata, and will keep being a problem in MoP.
I don’t know how to fix it without doing something insane, like full cross faction BGs or mixing alliance mercs into horde teams, but one start would be to give horde a bonus to honor on loss, because getting geared with a 10% BG winrate is awful.
Now, horde has some great PvP players, but alliance are just way better on average.
I just don’t understand why they don’t have a system like in other games, if you q with 2 other people it will search for another group with 3 people and fill the rest with randoms or other groups, this would help so much against all these premades atleast.
I don’t have anything against losing a bg, but against premades its not even close, especially right now with the gear disadvantage, you literally have no chance.
I used to be Horde, back in the days. I’ve always been for the Horde!
The only thing that is stopping me is that silly double dps trinket.
What a shame, I miss Horde. Horde for life <3
I think q’ing with friends is fine aslong you get matched up against another group, it becomes an issue if you premade “to be efficient” when other players wanna have fun. People who want to rush everything and be effienct, destroy the fun for everyone else and thats why its important to implement a better system.
It’s actually been nice getting wins on my Alliance alt for a change, normally Alliance side it’s a massive slaughter especially with Horde camping the graveyards.
Dude, You go fly around the world just to hunt people down to kill them… wasting their time and still claim it’s “skilled” even when you are 10+ levels above them then stick around killing the same person for hours.
I don’t want to have you talk about being “skilled” when all you PvPers care about is just abusing those weaker than you.
I don’t gank people. Only those who attack me first. Actually. I enjoy helping opposing faction player by letting them tag mobs and i kill the mobs. But if a 90 jump me i will attack. Still requires 100 times more brain substance to kill a level 1 then clearing a raid.
